Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where do you perform your shows?

A: We do not have a venue of our own. You organize a good place to have your

function and we will bring our team building, show, game or hunt to you.

We  travel anywhere in the world.

Q: Can I buy tickets to one of your shows?

A: We do not sell tickets to our programs. We sell to various types of groups and

almost always it is only their employees or guests who may attend.

Occasionally however, some groups or organizations such as the Kiwanis, a restaurant

or a fund raising organization will purchase one of our programs and they will sell

tickets.

Q: Are all of your programs designed for corporate groups?

A: No. We do have a large number of programs designed for businesses

(both large and small) but we have also done many programs for Universities, non-profit

organizations, family functions, clubs and more.

Q: Can you help in selecting a venue?

A: Yes. We have a few Preferred Venues with whom we have worked for many years,

but of course we will work anywhere that has facilities that can accommodate the program you have selected. If you don’t have one we can suggest some venues in

your area.

Q: What are your fees?

A: Our prices are based on the program you select, the location where it will take

place, the size of your group and the length of program you require.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, checks and direct deposit. We require a 50%

deposit at time of signing an agreement and the balance within 15 days after

delivery of the program.

Q: How long are your programs?

A: We have programs as short as 10 minutes (such as an icebreaker) and as long as

several days (such as our programs designed to run throughout a conference or

trade show). We create all of our programs in-house so we can adjust their length to fit your schedule. The great majority of our customers purchase 1/2 day

programs (1-4 hours).

Q: Where is The Ant & the Grasshopper located?

A: Our office is in Manchester-by-the Sea, Massachusetts but we have contractors

(facilitators and performers trained in our programs) across North America that we

hire as needed. When traveling outside North America we send one of our lead

facilitators from the US and hire local personnel for the supporting positions.
